Return and Refund Policy


All Xlink Technology, Inc. software products are eligible for a full refund on return (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of the purchase date.


In order to process a return for either an Electronic download or packaged product, please follow the below steps:

  1. Request a Software Letter of Destruction (LOD) via email to Xlink at sales@xlink.com
  2. A LOD will be emailed to you, follow the instructions to fill out and submit your LOD.
  3. Once the LOD is received, we will begin processing your return within 3 business days.
