XLink Software Licensing

Some of Xlink products are offered with two license types - Annual and Perpetual to provide cost-effective and flexible ways to purchase and use Xlink software.

Annual License

An Annual License allows you to use Xlink software for the duration of the license period until the license period expires.
Many companies and organizations with annual software budgets prefer to purchase software on an annual basis - knowing that year after year they have access to the latest version of the software on affordable and flexible terms.

Perpetual Licenses
A Perpetual License entitles a customer to own a license to the desired product for the entire life of the product. A customer may purchase an annual Maintenance Program which includes the Updates, Upgrades and Technical Support. Please see Annual Maintenance Program for details.

Annual vs. Perpetual

With an Annual License, the software will run for the duration of the license period. When the license period expires, the software will no longer run until a new license is purchased.
With a Perpetual License, the software will run even after the maintenance program expires. However, technical support and upgrade protection is no longer available after the maintenance program ends. Support for a Perpetual License can be extended by renewing the Annual Maintenance Program.

Maintenance Program (MP) for Perpetual License
Additional 1 year coverage is available at 25% of the original cost of the Perpetual License. It Includes unlimited support, version updates and upgrade. The maintenance program can only be renewed before it expires. Contact our sales department for more information.

XLink Warranty
All XLink products come with a 90-Day warranty period, including unlimited technical support and installation assistance, effective from the date of purchase. Within the 90-day period, the purchased product can be upgraded and/or updated at no additional charge.

Return Policy
XLink offers a 30-days refund period. All Returns will not be processed without a (RMA) Return Merchandise Number. To obtain an RMA number to return the product, please call our phone number above, then select the Sales Department from the phone menu. Our sales representative will be happy to assist you. All RMA refunds and charge backs will not be processed until merchandise and/or Certificate of Authenticity has been received.
